Customer Service Front Office

Our Customer Service front office operates a 24/7 call centre with a dedicated hotline (1400) and a customer service front office to cater for customer needs.

The customer service front office directly deals with customers being referred abroad for medical treatments which are not available in Maldives. Any routine case received will be answered within 24 hours. An emergency referral, however, will be answered within two hours of submission of all required documentation. These response times are set to maintain a reliable and trustworthy service to all customers.

Aasandha call center is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Its core purpose is to help and guide citizens through the scheme processes. It is also a gateway for service providers such as hospitals and clinics to report any urgent matters which need to be resolved.

Customer Service Office also handles and processes all the administrative work for patients being treated overseas under the scheme. These include issuing guarantee of payment, authorizations for procedures and surgeries until the patient is discharged from the overseas health facility.
