The Annual General Meeting of Aasandha Company for the year 2022, was held on Tuesday night, May 23rd 2023.
The meeting was attended by Board Members and Management Members of Aasandha Company, State Minister of Finance Ismail Ali Manik, Director Hawa Saiga and Manager Dheena Rafiu on behalf of the Auditor General's Office.
The meeting was opened by Aasandha Company’s board Chairman Niaz Mohammed. Afterwards, Company Secretary, Mariam Nazma presented a summary presentation of the Company's 2022 Annual Report
The following matters were passed at the meeting:
- Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year 2021.
- Audited accounts of the company for the year 2022.
- Report of the Directors of the Company for the year 2022.
- Annual Report of the Company for the year 2022.
- Appointment of the External Auditor of the Company for the year 2022 and determination of remuneration to be paid to the auditor.
In addition, Aasandha company's Managing Director Ismail Azzam Wajeeh highlighted the company's strategic plan and objectives in his speech.
