The Shikaavathi Chat Line (7951400) is an efficient way for patients to resolve medicine-related issues. Patients can connect via Viber, Whatsapp, Telegram or SMS.
Normally, overlapping medicines can only be issued once 85% of the previously issued amount has been used. However, if there is a genuine reason (for example, travel or medical necessity), the pharmacy may issue the medicine earlier, if prescribed by a doctor. In such cases, the pharmacist must record the reason in the Aasandha portal before dispensing.
Patient must email [email protected] with the reason to Aasandha for approval in such cases.
Prescriptions are not available in the Aasandha app, however the prescribed medicines can be viewed through Aasandha app. You can log in with your registered phone number to see the details.
You can update your SMS receiving number through the Aasandha mobile application. Log in, go to account Settings, and update your registered phone number.
